As we prepare to meet in person, there are many factors to consider. One is that we're asking for people to register for in-person worship prior to attending.
In order to do contact tracing, and to minimize health risks, we are limiting the number of worshippers for our Sunday 11:00am and Wednesday 6:15pm in-person worship services, starting in November 2020. We are asking all who would attend to register in advance. You can do so either online here on our website, or by calling our office at 250-492-5902.
To register online, view our website calendar. Click on the event you want to register for, which will take you to the event page. On that page will be a form you can fill out to register for that service.
We have prepared a Frequently Asked Questions document that will seek to answer some of the major anticipated questions people may have, and Pastor Michael has written a letter to accompany the FAQ, seeking to give some pastoral guidance in how we're approaching this too.
Need to cancel?
We understand that circumstances change. If you have previously registered for an in-person worship gathering, but need to cancel that, visit this page and fill out the form. It's helpful as we manage numbers and attendance for contact tracing to know who to expect.
