Structuring for Ministry (and not the other way around)
One of our projects over the next little while is to renew our leadership structure here at Concordia. One of the first places to start, after reviewing our current one, is to research—to look around, see what's out there, and evaluate it for our purposes. So if you are a church leader, particularly a pastor or staff member at a multiple-staff Lutheran church, I'd be most interested to hear from you about what you're doing and how it's working for you.
